How We Helped a Car Hire Business in Spain Get Fully Booked in 5 Months
Background
Blanca Cars is a car hire business operating in the Costa Blanca north region of Alicante.
They had launched Google Ads but had no clue of their return on investment due to faulty conversion tracking.
The business owners contacted Giant Bamboo in January 2024 to fix the conversion tracking and manage the Google Ads campaign.
Objective
The objective was to achieve a cost-per-booking under €30 using only Google Ads.
We offered Blanca Cars a return-based payment model based on achieving the target booking cost on their maximum monthly ad spend.
Results
Our first talk was to remove all irrelevant conversion actions. We also suggested the business change from a contact form to an online booking form – which required the customer to make a payment.
Once these changes were in place the ROI became crystal clear.
From February to June we achieved 78 bookings at a cost-per-conversion of €33. This was a little higher than the objective but by mid June the business was fully booked through to September and had to pause our services!
